About Maggie
For over 15 years, Maggie Clinton has worked closely with senior leaders to design, develop and deliver high-impact leadership programs at one of the world’s leading global pension firms.
She focuses on understanding each business to co-design pragmatic solutions that address their needs. She also has deep experience in facilitating leadership programs and end-to-end program management.
She knows the challenges of attracting, developing, and keeping high-performing teams and leverages that experience when designing programs. Her clients appreciate her collaborative approach and drive to deliver excellence.
Maggie’s MA in leadership from Royal Roads University focused on post-leadership program sustainment. It convinced her of the power of peer coaching and developing safe, inclusive spaces.
In addition to a MA in Leadership, Maggie is also certified in MBTI and Hogan assessments, EQ-1 2.0 and EQ 360. She is currently pursuing her ICF certification and has a BSc in Biochemistry from Trent University.
In her own time, Maggie enjoys spinning, yoga, Scrabble, and hanging out with her French Bulldog Gus. She is also training for her first marathon.
