Past Projects

New Manager Training Program

Led design and development of new manager program for one of the top global pension plans. The program was designed to provide global, timely and scalable support to new managers across the fund. It combined virtual sessions with custom, online resources and small group coaching supported by senior leaders. The program provided critical support to new managers during the pandemic, developed coaching and mentoring skills for leader-facilitators and created a consistent global experience for new managers.

High Potential Program

Co-led redesign of high potential leadership program. Collaborated closely with C-suite to conduct needs analysis and develop highly business relevant content. Innovative and fully immersive experiences helped to challenge and engage participants. Leveraging small groups and team coaching, this program helped leaders take a global perspective on their business challenges and created deep, cross-organizational connections. Significant engagement from the C-suite throughout the program reinforced their commitment to developing strong leadership at the fund. ​

Team Visioning Session

Designed and facilitated creative team building/visioning exercise to help team imagine their future. Over the course of several months worked with team to refine mission and mandate and develop operational principles for the team to guide them towards their vision.  

Career Management Program

In response to feedback from employee engagement survey, consulted with business partners to design highly interactive career training program designed to better engage employees in owning their careers. Designed and developed all materials for the session. Worked with senior leaders to gather their career stories and prepare them to co-facilitate the session. Rolled out program across the organization facilitating sessions from 20-200 globally.  

Competency Models

Led organization-wide effort to design competencies models for each department. Worked with business leaders to develop consistent approach and then collaborated with individual business units to customize wording. Competency models were subsequently embedded into all talent management activities including performance management, career development and manager-employee coaching conversations.
